Future PLC has actively bought back its shares, with the latest transaction on June 21, 2024, involving 52,095 shares at prices ranging from 997.5 to 1,020 pence per share. The shares acquired are slated for cancellation, following a series of purchases since May 22, 2024, amounting to 913,288 shares for nearly £9.6 million. Post-transaction, the total number of shares in issue stands at 114,290,612 with none held in treasury.
