Future plc (GB:FUTR) has released an update.
Future PLC has announced the buyback and subsequent cancellation of 22,358 of its ordinary shares, at prices ranging from 1,024.0000 to 1,039.0000 pence per share, with an average price of 1,031.8527 pence. Since 22 May 2024, the company has repurchased a total of 1,852,972 shares for around £19.5 million, leaving 113,350,928 ordinary shares in issue. These transactions were executed through J.P. Morgan Securities plc and are part of the company’s ongoing share buyback program.
