Future plc (GB:FUTR) has released an update.
Future plc has announced the buyback of 9,327 of its ordinary shares at prices ranging from 1,101.0000 to 1,118.0000 pence per share through J.P. Morgan Securities plc, with the intention to cancel them. This transaction is a part of a larger buyback program that has seen the company purchase 425,887 shares for approximately £4.46 million since May 22, 2024. After this recent transaction, Future plc will have 114,783,413 ordinary shares in issue, with none held in treasury.
