Future plc (GB:FUTR) has released an update.
Future plc has executed a share buyback, purchasing 137 of its own ordinary shares at an average price of 1,054.0000 pence per share, with the intention to cancel them. The company has bought back a total of 2,599,913 shares since May 22, costing over £27.5 million. Post-transaction, Future plc has 112,603,987 ordinary shares in issue, holding none in treasury.
