Future plc (GB:FUTR) has released an update.
Future plc has announced the buyback of 52,515 of its own shares at prices ranging between 1,108.0000 and 1,144.0000 pence per share, with an average purchase price of 1,131.0740 pence. The shares were acquired through J.P. Morgan Securities plc and will be cancelled, leaving the company with 114,714,939 ordinary shares in issue and none held in treasury. This move is part of a larger buyback program where Future plc has purchased a total of 488,961 shares for approximately £5.18 million.
