Rodda’s initial interest in the company includes 333,333 ordinary fully paid shares and 166,667 listed options expiring on June 11, 2024, at $0.10 each. This disclosure is in compliance with the ASX Listing Rule 3.19A.1 and part of the corporate governance requirements for listed companies.
