Future Bright Shareholders Approve Key Resolutions

Future Bright Holdings (HK:0703) has released an update.

Future Bright Holdings Limited announced that all resolutions presented at their Annual General Meeting on June 6, 2024, received overwhelming shareholder approval, including the re-election of board members, auditor appointments, and mandates to issue and repurchase shares. Notably, the resolutions to issue new shares and extend the General Mandate had a small opposition of 4.96%, but still passed with majority votes.
