Funko, Inc. and its subsidiary, Funko UK, Ltd, have amended the service agreement with their Chief Commercial Officer, Andrew Oddie, to accommodate his temporary move to the Greater Los Angeles area and additional responsibilities. Oddie will receive a monthly relocation stipend of $13,850 and coverage for specific relocation costs. Furthermore, if Oddie’s employment is terminated without cause or he resigns for a valid reason during this period, he will be entitled to an accelerated vesting of half of his unvested restricted stock units, contingent on his agreement to a release of claims.
