Funding Circle Holdings Limited (GB:FCH) has released an update.
Funding Circle Holdings plc has announced the repurchase and subsequent cancellation of 100,000 of its own shares, with the transaction conducted on the London Stock Exchange through Numis Securities Limited. The buy-back, part of a program announced earlier in March, was executed at prices ranging from 87.40p to 89.00p per share. Following the cancellation, the company’s total issued share capital will be reduced to 349,747,510 shares with voting rights.
