Funding Circle Holdings Plc has repurchased 85,393 of its own shares from Investec Bank as part of its buy-back program, aiming to consolidate its share capital. The shares were bought at prices ranging between 142.50p and 145.00p on the London Stock Exchange, with an average price of 143.5764p per share. Following this transaction, the company’s total issued share capital now stands at 333,638,443 shares.
