Funding Circle Holdings plc has successfully completed the sale of its US operations to iBusiness Funding, LLC, marking a strategic shift to concentrate on the profitable growth of its UK business. CEO Lisa Jacobs affirms the company’s progress and anticipates the UK business to achieve profitability in the second half of the year, in accordance with previous guidance. The company also projects a medium-term net income growth of 15-20% CAGR and profit before tax (PBT) margins exceeding 15%.
