Funding Circle Holdings plc has repurchased 123,716 of its own shares on the London Stock Exchange, with the intention to cancel them, as part of its ongoing buy-back program. This transaction, conducted at a volume-weighted average price of 128.2552 pence per share, reflects the company’s commitment to enhancing shareholder value. Following this cancellation, Funding Circle’s total share capital with voting rights will consist of 331,551,513 ordinary shares.
