Funding Circle Holdings Limited (GB:FCH) has released an update.
Funding Circle Holdings plc has recently executed a buy-back of 100,000 of its ordinary shares, subsequently intending to cancel them, which will adjust its issued share capital to 349,900,159 shares with voting rights. The shares were repurchased on the London Stock Exchange at prices ranging from 83.80p to 85.40p, with a volume-weighted average of 84.9089p per share. This strategic move is part of the company’s share buy-back plan announced earlier in March this year.
