Funding Circle Holdings plc has executed a share buyback, purchasing 150,000 ordinary shares at prices ranging from 129.50p to 134.00p, with the aim of canceling them. This transaction will reduce the company’s issued share capital to 334,751,041 ordinary shares with voting rights. The buyback is part of a program announced earlier in the year and is expected to impact shareholders’ notification obligations under the FCA’s transparency rules.
