Funding Circle Holdings plc has successfully completed a share buyback, purchasing 175,000 ordinary shares to cancel, with transactions ranging from 81.80p to 84.20p per share, resulting in a volume weighted average price of 83.1847p. Following the cancellation, the company’s total issued share capital will be reduced to 350,570,695 ordinary shares. This strategic move is part of the company’s previously announced buyback plan from March 2024, aimed at optimizing shareholder value.
