Funding Circle Holdings Limited (GB:FCH) has released an update.
Funding Circle Holdings plc has recently completed a share buyback transaction, purchasing 250,000 of its own shares for cancellation. The shares were acquired through the London Stock Exchange at prices ranging from 87.40p to 90.60p, with the average price paid at 88.6681p. This move will reduce the company’s issued share capital to 351,142,211 ordinary shares, excluding any held in Treasury.
