Funding Circle Holdings plc has recently bought back 150,000 of its own shares for cancellation, with prices ranging between 88.00p and 90.00p per share, resulting in a volume-weighted average price of 89.6142p. This action will reduce the total number of the company’s issued share capital with voting rights to 350,992,211 shares. The repurchase is part of a previously announced buy-back program and the shares were bought on the London Stock Exchange through Numis Securities Limited.
