Fuller’s Executes Share Buyback Strategy

Fuller Smith & Turner (GB:FSTA) has released an update.

Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC, known as Fuller’s, has actively bought back 20,000 of its own ‘A’ ordinary shares at an average price of 701 pence per share on July 5, 2024, through Numis Securities Limited. The repurchased shares are to be held in treasury, with the company’s total listed voting rights now standing at 36,321,955. This share buyback is part of a previously announced programme aimed at reducing the company’s share capital.
