Fuller’s Executes Share Buyback Program

Fuller Smith & Turner (GB:FSTA) has released an update.

Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC recently announced the buyback of 20,000 of its ‘A’ ordinary shares at a uniform price of 764 pence per share, executed through Numis Securities Limited. These shares will be held in treasury, affecting the total number of listed voting rights, which now stands at 36,038,794. The repurchase is part of a share buyback program that was publicized on August 23, 2024.
