Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has announced the buyback of 2,211 of its ‘A’ ordinary shares at an average price of 688.2424 GBp per share, as part of its ongoing share repurchase program. These shares are to be held in treasury, adjusting the total number of voting rights in the company to 36,486,211. The repurchase occurred on June 21, 2024, with Numis Securities Limited facilitating the transaction on the London Stock Exchange.
