Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has actively participated in the stock market with the purchase of 6,219 of its own ‘A’ ordinary shares at an average price of 709.6784 GBp as part of its announced share buyback program. These shares will be held in treasury, with the company’s total listed voting rights now standing at 36,608,609. The move is part of a strategy to manage share capital and potentially provide returns to shareholders.
