Fuller Smith & Turner (GB:FSTA) has released an update.
Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has recently executed a share buyback, purchasing 6,268 of its ‘A’ ordinary shares at an average price of 707.84 GBp per share. These shares will be held in Treasury, bringing the total number of shares in Treasury to 4,391,090 and leaving 36,291,249 shares with voting rights. The move is part of an ongoing share buyback programme that was publicized earlier in March.
