Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has recently executed a share buyback, purchasing 20,000 ‘A’ ordinary shares at a uniform price of 700 pence each, as part of their previously announced share buyback programme. These shares will be held in treasury, reducing the total number of voting rights in the company to 36,361,955. This transaction reflects the company’s ongoing effort to manage its capital effectively.
