Fuller Smith & Turner (GB:FSTA) has released an update.
Fuller Smith & Turner PLC has recently bought back 20,000 of its ‘A’ ordinary shares at an average price of 699.9978 GBp per share, a move that is part of its share repurchase program announced earlier this year. These shares will be held in Treasury, which, after the transaction, leaves the company with a total of 36,381,955 voting rights. The transaction was conducted via Numis Securities Limited on the London Stock Exchange.
