Fuller Smith & Turner (GB:FSTA) has released an update.
Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has recently executed a share buyback, purchasing 50,000 of its ‘A’ ordinary shares at an average price of 700 GBp per share. These shares will be held in Treasury, and following this transaction, the remaining listed voting rights in the company amount to 36,436,211. The buyback forms part of a programme announced previously on March 22, 2024, as the company continues to actively manage its capital structure.
