Fuller Smith & Turner Executes Share Buyback

Fuller Smith & Turner (GB:FSTA) has released an update.

Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC announced a share buyback, purchasing 16,325 of its ‘A’ ordinary shares at an average price of 739.188 GBp each on August 19, 2024. The shares were acquired through Numis Securities Limited as part of an ongoing buyback programme, with the repurchased shares to be held in Treasury. Post-transaction, Fuller’s listed share capital totals 40,682,339 shares, with 4,581,750 held in Treasury and 36,100,589 shares carrying voting rights.
