Fuller Smith & Turner (GB:FSTA) has released an update.
Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has executed a share buyback, purchasing 20,000 of its ‘A’ ordinary shares at an average price of 707.1477 GBp each on the London Stock Exchange. These shares will be held in treasury, and following the buyback, the total number of voting rights in the company is 36,548,422. The move is part of a share buyback programme that was previously announced on March 22, 2024.
