Fuji Offset Plates Manufacturing Ltd has announced the retirement of Mr. Tan Keh Eyo as Lead Independent Director due to the 9-year term limit, prompting a reorganization of the Board and its committees. Mr. Low Beng Tin will take over as Lead Independent Director, with key appointments also including Mr. Low as Audit Committee Chairman and Mr. Koh Chun Yuan in several committee roles. These changes, subject to shareholder approval, will be effective from the Company’s AGM on April 29, 2024.
