Fuel Ventures VCT PLC successfully closed its subscription offer, allotting 1,780,892 Ordinary Shares at 100p each, raising over £10 million. The total number of shares issued now stands at 10,257,181, with trading expected to commence on the London Stock Exchange around December 13, 2024. This marks a significant milestone as the company’s first fundraising initiative since its launch.
