Tamara Mullings has stepped down as a director of FTC Solar, Inc. with no disagreements cited, and has been appointed as Senior Vice President – North American Sales. Concurrently, Patrick Cook is transitioning from Chief Commercial Officer to Senior Vice President – Capital Markets & Business Development, changing his status under the Securities Exchange Act regulations.
