FRX Innovations Inc. has announced a delay in filing its annual financial statements for 2023 due to an ongoing audit, resulting in a management cease trade order (MCTO) issued by the Ontario Securities Commission. The company assures there are no undisclosed material issues and will issue bi-weekly status updates in compliance with National Policy 12-203. Officers and directors are currently in a trading blackout period until the situation is resolved.
