FRX Innovations Inc. is experiencing delays in the filing of its annual financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2023, resulting in a management cease trade order (MCTO) by the Ontario Securities Commission. The company has been granted an extension for filing until July 12, 2024, and is required to provide bi-weekly updates per National Policy 12-203. FRX Innovations manufactures sustainable flame-retardant products for various industries and is adapting to new legislations against certain flame retardants.
