FRP Advisory Group Plc has expanded its national reach with the strategic acquisition of Newcastle-based WilliamsAli Corporate Finance, bringing its founders and five team members onboard as part of the firm. This acquisition aligns with FRP’s growth strategy to enhance its market share, service range, and geographical footprint, marking the eleventh acquisition since its 2020 IPO. The deal includes the issuance of new ordinary shares, which will be admitted for trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.
