Frontier Services Group Welcomes New Director

Frontier Services Group (HK:0500) has released an update.

Frontier Services Group Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Yang Feng as a non-executive director and the resignation of Mr. Fei Yiping from the same role, both effective from September 11, 2024. Mr. Yang brings a wealth of experience to the board, with a background in accounting and finance, having served in senior financial positions at CITIC Group companies. The company’s board has expressed gratitude to Mr. Fei for his service and welcomes Mr. Yang to his new position.
