Frontier Services Group Optimizes Fleet Finances

Frontier Services Group (HK:0500) has released an update.

Frontier Services Group Limited has sold an aircraft for US$4 million, a move that will incur a financial loss but is deemed to be in the best interest of the company by providing additional working capital and avoiding future costly maintenance. The aircraft, in service for over 17 years and facing significant engine overhaul costs, was disposed below the market price range for similar models. Despite the sale, the Group’s aviation and logistics operations remain unaffected, with plans to adjust their fleet as necessary.
