Frontier Energy Limited has disclosed a change in the holdings of its director, Grant Davey, through a director’s interest notice. Davey acquired 757,000 unquoted options linked to short-term and long-term performance incentives, which could value approximately $264,950 based on a share price of $0.35, assuming all options vest. The options were issued following shareholder approval at the annual general meeting on May 24, 2024, and added to Davey’s substantial existing securities and options in the company.
