Freshpet, Inc. has appointed Nicki Baty as their new Chief Operating Officer, effective September 1, 2024. Baty, who has a strong background in managing global brands, was previously President & General Manager at Hill’s Pet Nutrition U.S. She brings a wealth of experience to Freshpet, along with a commitment reflected in her compensation package, which includes a base salary, stock options, and bonuses, all designed to incentivize her long-term contribution to the company’s success.
