These units are subject to a statutory hold period until August 31, 2024, and the placement awaits final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange. The Canadian company specializes in a wearable Frequency Delivery System aimed at enhancing wellness, with its latest technology branded as ‘NIKKI’.
