The £2.75 million acquisition, funded through a revolving credit facility, is expected to be accretive to earnings in the first full year despite anticipated integration costs. The move strengthens Frenkel Topping’s position in legal cost consultancy and adds a wealth of experience and a new client base to its portfolio.
