Freeport Resources Secures Funding for Yandera Project

Freeport Resources (TSE:FRI) has released an update.

Freeport Resources Inc. has successfully closed the fourth tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising $1,508,850 by issuing 30,177,000 units at $0.05 each, which includes a share and a half-warrant. The company paid minor finders’ fees and anticipates a final tranche before June 14, 2024. The funds will support the advancement of their Yandera copper-gold-molybdenum project in Papua New Guinea.
