Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust (SG:BUOU) has released an update.
Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust has issued over 800,000 new units to its manager as payment for acquiring a majority stake in four logistics properties, at an issue price of S$1.0518 per unit. These units, resulting from an ‘interested party transaction,’ cannot be sold for one year. This issuance brings the total number of units to approximately 3.75 billion, with the manager holding about 0.53% of the total units.
