RAM Ratings has assigned preliminary ratings to Frasers Hospitality Trust’s proposed RM502.48 million Medium Term Notes Series 2024-A, aiming to refinance maturing notes due in July 2024. The issuance includes AAA-rated Class A Senior MTNs and lower-rated junior tranches, with Maybank Investment Bank Berhad as the lead arranger. The move is part of a continuous strategy to manage the trust’s portfolio, specifically regarding The Westin Kuala Lumpur asset.
