Frasers Group (GB:FRAS) has released an update.
Frasers Group PLC has announced a change in its total number of voting rights due to modifications in its share capital. As of the end of the month, the company reports a total of 450,316,035 voting rights, excluding 190,286,334 treasury shares from the calculation. Shareholders are advised to use this figure as the denominator for calculating changes in their shareholding interests.
