Frasers Group PLC has executed a share buyback, purchasing 112,000 of its own shares at an average price of 783.1735 pence each on 19 April 2024. These shares will subsequently be held as treasury shares, with the company’s total treasury holdings reaching 189,925,186 shares post-transaction. The buyback forms part of a program announced earlier on 12 February 2024, reflecting the company’s strategic approach to manage its share capital.
