Franklin Electric Co., Inc. has appointed Mr. Joseph Ruzynski as a new director and Chief Executive Officer, with his directorship term set to expire at the 2027 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. Although he’ll serve without director compensation, Ruzynski has secured a position-specific employment security agreement offering benefits in the event of a company takeover. This strategic move follows the transition of Mr. Sengstack from CEO to Executive Chairperson.
