Franchise Brands PLC, an international multi-brand franchisor, has announced key management changes, including the immediate resignation of CFO Mark Fryer and the appointment of Andrew Mallows as Interim CFO and Mark Boxall as the new COO. These changes aim to strengthen the company’s finance team and focus on integrating recently acquired businesses to meet strategic operational targets. Mallows brings considerable experience from his previous tenure with the company, while Boxall’s background includes extensive operational and commercial expertise.
