FPP Reports Minor NTA Dip and Distribution Update

Fat Prophets Global Property Fund (AU:FPP) has released an update.

The Fat Prophets Global Property Fund (FPP) reported a slight decrease of 0.6% in Net Tangible Assets (NTA) on a cum distribution basis for June 2024, with a half-year distribution announced for late June investors. While global REITs showed a negligible change, Australian REITs may face challenges due to potential interest rate hikes in response to unexpected inflation resilience. The fund’s performance was mixed across regions, outperforming equities in Australia and the UK but not in the US for FY24.
