The company emphasizes its commitment to equal opportunity and corrective measures, including the termination of hiring agencies that do not meet Foxconn’s standards. Foxconn has taken steps to ensure diversity in its workforce, noting that in their latest hiring round, 25% of the women hired were married and allowed to wear traditional attire at work.
