Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical (Group) Co., Ltd. has announced an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) to be held on September 27, 2024, where shareholders will vote on electing Mr. Chen Yuqing as a non-executive Director and approve amendments to the Articles of Association. Shareholders are entitled to appoint proxies to vote in their stead and must register their H Shares by September 23, 2024, to be eligible to vote. The EGM will take place in Shanghai at the Sky Fortune Boutique Hotel.
