Fosun International Awards Shares to Staff

Fosun International (HK:0656) has released an update.

Fosun International Limited has awarded 64,230,000 share options to 182 directors and employees under the 2023 Option Scheme, with an exercise price of HK$4.39 per share. These options will vest over periods ranging from 2025 to 2029 and are exercisable until 2034, contingent upon meeting individual and group performance targets which include management efficiency, contribution to business performance, and ESG improvements.
